The Commission's Report builds on the growing pile of evidence that confirms the third sector has a vital and highly significant role to play in the future.

It contains many important recommendations on preventative asset-based approaches, procurement, working with communities of place and interest and streamlining public sector structures. If fully implemented, the wide-ranging 112 page document will make a major difference to the people of Scotland, especially the most vulnerable.
