A Fair Society - Putting disability at the heart of radical welfare reform

The following talk was given as the Annual Tizard Lecture at the University of Kent. The talk explores the benefits and limits of personalisation and the need for a much more radical critique of the welfare state - particularly in the face of the deep cuts to vital supports to disabled people that are currently being planned by central government.
