Values Into Action Scotland believes that anyone who uses our has the right to raise a complaint about anything that causes you grief; hurt or annoyance.  VIAS is committed to providing consistently high quality information, advice and support, and although most of the time, we do things to a high standard, occasionally things do go wrong.
