Complaining to the Care Commission
The Care Commission regulate over 14,500 care services each year. They estimate that over 300,000 people in Scotland use care services.
They regulate a wide range of services for adults, children and independent healthcare, and provide healthcare advice.
They make sure all registered care services in Scotland provide quality care services. They also try to make sure that people who use care services, and their families and carers, know what to expect from a good quality services.
