National Centre for Independent Living (NCIL) is part of an Alliance of 35 social care organisations who together are conducting a review of how social care services have changed in the last year.

If you are someone who uses care and support services or receives any other type of support, or if you care for a friend or relative who does, they want to know how the services you/they use or the support have changed recently and what impact this has had.
